Yesterday (March 12), some of our automatic utility draft customers were accidentally drafted twice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The issue has been corrected, and we have processed credits for the additional draft.
If you are enrolled in automatic draft and do not see a credit on your account for the extra draft, please contact our office at (434) 696-2343 so we can look into it for you.
