Application for Utility Services
Applications for water, sewer, and garbage services in the Town of Victoria can be filed at the town office. The current deposit fee to open an account is $175.00. The application can be found below in the Related Documents section.
Utility Billing Policy
Water meters are normally read between the 25th and 5th of the month.
You will be receiving a monthly water/sewer bill, via mail. This bill is for services rendered approximately 30 days prior to the bill date.
Payment can be made at the town office, the dropbox outside the town office, by mail, or by the other payment options listed in the Payment Options tab.
Payment is due by the 15th of each month.
The Town of Victoria uses a telephone dialing system to help remind customers about their bill. Please provide a current telephone number so that you will recieve these reminders if needed.
Late charges will be assessed on the 16th of each month.
Accounts not paid by the 5th day following the due date will be assessed an additional $20.00 late fee.
Accounts not paid by the 10th day following the due date will have the water shut off and will be charged an additional $20.00 to have the service restored.
