National Night Out in Kenbridge 08/05/2025

7/31/2025

National Night Out is in Kenbridge next week! National Night Out is more than an event—it’s a powerful reminder of what it means to be part of a safe, united, and caring community. It’s a chance for residents, local law enforcement, and first responders to come together in the spirit of partnership and mutual respect. It’s a night to laugh with neighbors, share stories, and strengthen the bonds that make our towns feel like home. This year in the spirit of safety, the Victoria Police Department will be handing out cycle bells to promote cyclist safety! These bells will be handed out freely as long as you present your bicycle, scooter, or other motorless mode of transportation. We can't wait to see you all there!

Utility Billing Cycle Change

7/1/2025

Attention Residents of Victoria:

A letter was sent out in April regarding the change in our billing cycle. It has come to our attention that there remains to be some confusion regarding this process. With our previous billing cycle the water usage being paid for was two months behind. On the bill that went out on July 1st it is showing your May usage as well as your June usage. This is why it appears as though your bill has doubled. We are providing two options, option one is to go ahead and pay the full amount, option two is that you can spread out the may usage payment for twelve months which would show on your bill every month. This is an attempt to "catch up" on our billing so that we can more accurately depict the usage of your water. Beginning August 1st the water bills will be for the previous month (July) water usage.
