Proposed Sewer Maintenance Ordinance Public Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Victoria Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Victoria Town Office to receive public input on the proposed Town of Victoria Sewer Maintenance Ordinance.
Current Sec. 32-489
Eash user of sewer service, both in town and out of town, shall be responsible for maintenance of his entire service line to the town sewer main.
Recommended Sec. 32-489
Each user of sewer service, both in town and out of town, shall be responsible for maintenance of the entire service line to the VDOT right of way or town right of way closest to the sewer tap.
